We at arc4life process a lot of international orders. Shipping does cost a bit, but almost 100% of the cost is the cost that the post office charges us for shipping. But overall, when you think about it, it is still very worth it.
The cervical traction pillow for example is our most popular product. It’s a quality product that lasts, it’s made here in the USA, and we are always here to answer any questions you may have about it.
All that being said, What would you pay to finally rid yourself of neck pain, or to correct neck posture, or to have a good nights sleep with a comfortable pillow? A shipping fee of $30 seems like a lot, but is it really?
Saul, unfortunately shipping costs for even a seemingly light pillow can be very expensive. If you do want to purchase a neck pillow and live outside of the USA, visit www.arc4life.com and fill out there international order form here:

They can ship out the cervical linear traction neck pillow, support neck pillows and traction units abroad. It can take a few weeks to receive the shipment, but it is a relatively simple process- NJ

When you find a great pillow that helps you sleep better and assists in the alignment of your spine and neck, shipping costs shouldn't be so much as an after thought.
