Getting rid of your neck pain is extremely important, but keeping it away is just as important. My recommendation is to get yourself in the habit of keeping up with your neck exercises and stretches. You don’t have to do them everyday, but a few times a week is very beneficial.
It’s sort of like flossing your teeth; you don’t have to do it all the time, but it can help prevent teeth issues. None of us like a tooth ache, cavity, or even spending extra time at the dentist. Not to mention the cost. Just like neck pain- see your doctor and the bill seems huge, and you may not get any relief.
So save time and money in the future- avoid neck discomfort or neck pains by doing some regular neck exercises or neck stretches.

I am exactly the person you are talking about! As soon as I started to feel relief, I stopped doing all the things I had been to feel better. Sure enough, a few weeks later, I started to feel discomfort again. These tips and tricks take very little time and can be of great help!
