Sleep is at the top of my list of things you need for your best health. Your body performs many functions when you are at rest, like healing and repairing what needs to be repaired. Also, sleep is at the top of my list because it encompasses another vital component to 100% health. That component is spinal alignment; more specifically, sleep posture.
Using a neck pillow especially will help correct and maintain your neck alignment. A neck pillow is often also called a chiropractic pillow or an orthopedic pillow.
So, for your best health, make sure you get proper rest, and more specifically, rest with good posture and spinal alignment, maintain a healthy diet, exercise, and manage stress to your body.
