How can we prevent wear and tear in our necks? We need to eat healthy, reduce activities that may put an unnecessary amount of stress on the neck, and we need to keep the neck spine in a healthy, relaxed position.
The first two things I mentioned are fairly self-explanatory, but what about keeping the cervical spine in good position? The quickest and easiest way to do this is to use a neck pillow when you sleep!
