Hi NeckPillowQueen,
I am trying to pick the best pillow for me. I have a pinched nerve in my neck affecting my left side, and I am a side sleeper (usually on my right side). I currently sleep with two 25+ year old pillows stacked, and they have zero support. I never sleep on my back or stomach.
Please let me know which pillow would be most comfortable - still soft and elevated, but supported.
Thanks :)
Rosyln
Rosyln,
Thank you for your email. I would recommend the arc4life cervical traction neck pillow. This pillow is not as firm as other contoured neck pillows, but still offers good support fr the cervical spine. The only thing is that this pillow can take a few days to a few weeks to get used to for some people. What we recommend is that you use the pillow gradually. Start with the support side, then gradually use the traction side. if you want to. You can sleep on your side or on your back with this pillow. Here is a link for this pillow: Arc4life Cltraction Pillow Also, check out this article on using a pillow for a pinched nerve in the neck: Using a pillow for a pinched nerve in the neck
