Hi, I have a reverse c curve in my neck. I am a 5'3 1/2" woman and
have a petite frame. Which pillow do you recommend for me?- Alexandria Feb 22, 2013
Dear Alexandria,
Thank you for your email.
There are two recommendations for a pillow I would make. First, if you are looking for a smaller pillow I would recommend the linear gravity pillow in the small size, dimensions are 17"x23". We have noticed that overall, customers who have a petite frame do well with this smaller size pillow. If you are looking for a particularly firm pillow, check out my post here.
If you are looking for something that is more standard size, I would recommend the arc4life cervical traction neck pillow which has dimensions of 20"x 26". This pillow will work better for someone who has reverse curve in their cervical spine. This arc4life pillow does not come in a smaller size, only the standard and large sizes. If you are used to sleeping with a pillow that is of a standard size, go with the arc4life traction. If you prefer a smaller size pillow, go for the arc4life linear gravity pillow in the small size.
Here is the link for both pillows;
arc4life cervical traction neck pillow (cost is $55.95 USD, shipping is $10.90)
arc4life linear gravity neck pillow small (cost is $46.99 USD, shipping is $10.90)
Hope this helps,
