Listening to some relaxing music before bed time may help you sleep. Here's the thing, it won't hurt...(well maybe if the music is particularly painful to listen too - just joking, then it wouldn't be called relaxing)!
No really though, music has been one of those thing that's been used for a "billion" year to help relax you for sleep. Just like acupunture; it's been shown to help many things, for a long time. A music therapist is the practitioner that can help more with this if you think you can use it.
