For the last three work days, one of my friends at work has brought in a dunkin donuts "coolatta". This is her so called breakfast. Not only does she complain that she forgot or ran out of time to eat breakfast, but then she complains that she is not been sleeping well. I think that once in a while these drinks are a great "treat", but i don't think they are a good substitute for breakfast.
Did you know that skipping breakfast may affect your sleep. Eating, not just breakfast, but a good breakfast, is extremely important (You can do Dunkin Donuts Coffee but the donuts are a treat). This is very important in your overall health and so is a good night's sleep. Your neck pillow helps spinal alignment which helps sleep but make sure you do everything else also that will help you stay healthy and sleep well.
