There are a number of things that may interrupt our sleep. It's tough enough without having to deal with time changes too. Yes, this may throw you off a bit but here's a few other things that you can control to give you a better nights sleep. Those things are:
1. Your Pillow, - a pillow that is too big or small and doesn't fit to your head and neck can increase your chances for a neck strain. Not only can this hamper your day when you get up but it'll irritate your sleep too.
2. Your Sleep Schedule - waking and going to bed at various times doesn't allow your body to develop a natural sleep pattern.
3. Your Eating Habits - certain things in your diet and when you eat or drink them can hurt your sleep.
