No matter what anyone says, it's what you like and are comfortable on. For example the large traction pillow at arc4life is really for someone about 6'1" or above, but again everyone's different.
People come in all shapes and sizes. Some people may be short but have an extremely long neck or a football players neck (in other word, a big thick one). So it maybe a case of trying it and seeing if it woks for you.
Anyhow, that's about the usual height requirement, on the taller side anyway. If you're under 5 feet however, the medium might even be too big. You can always call arc4life to speak with someone and make sure you are getting the right pillow.
