Doing some Detoxing may help you sleep. Many say that your kidney's, liver, and colon already do a good enough job at cleaning you out. Her's the thing though, let's say for some reason your kidney's or liver got really taxed for example, and aren't doing their jobs. Maybe they're at least not doing their job well...
So give it a try; there's nothing to lose. Cleaning your body out usually will help you sleep. Let's say you've made your surroundings very sleep conducive, you've eliminated things that prohibit sleep (close to bedtime anyway), your diet is better, you have a pillow that works for you, and you are cleansing the system.
