- Your Neck Pillow - Are you ready for a new one? Are you waking up in pain? Are you sleeping a best as possible?
- Eat too close to bed - they have found you should stop eating and drinking a few hours before bed. You want your body to be at rest and not busy trying to break down foods. Not to mention, you don't want to wake up extra to visit the bathroom.
- TV in the bedroom - the bedroom is for sleeping, the family room is for tv watching. Even though the tv has a sleep timer, who wants to make that a habit.
- Laptop or smartphone before bed or in bed! - c'mon, let's stop working or chatting; save it for tomorrow. I was just watching "Better Call Saul"; and the brother is worried about eltromagnetic waves so he keeps Saul's phone outside in the mailbox. Relax though, just don't sleep with in every night with it under your pillow, of course that may be still completely safe?
- Caffeine to late - hey, we have it in the morning to give us a boost. There's no reason to have it right before bed.
- Your partner - You spouse steals your blanket; that happened to me last night... Or maybe your traction pillow.
- You have a baby - take turns... Once-in-a-while, with a little one you will lose some sleep. It is what it is...
