Having A great pillow will help you sleep but their are other factors too. One is, are you doing good exercise? Remember, we need to eat right, get adequate rest, exercise, manage our stress levels, and get our spines checked on a regular basis to be at our best health.
We need to all of these because they all work together; you can't just do one. For example, if you're eating very poorly you may not be sleeping well because of it...
Or if you don't do any form of physical exercise you don't seem to sleep good either. Maybe your stress levels are so much that you don't want to exercise, and so on...
