Some people are what I call "no pillow" people. This is because they sleep with none or a very flat pillow. I would recommend a small pillow or our Natural Alignment Pillow. It is very forgiving and is not very high like some pillows. We need are heads to be level with our spine when side sleeping and we should maintain a "C" curve when on our back. Not sleeping with anything is not recommended.
